Matt Durbin
FOUNDER, PRINCIPAL
Matt is a 30+ year on-premise beverage alcohol industry veteran with tenure at some of the leading restaurant, entertainment, and beverage alcohol brands, with an extensive and unparalleled network in the industry. He’s an acclaimed public speaker and thought leader that has written strategy documents for many restaurant and beverage alcohol brands alike. He is the former Vice President of Brand and Beverage Marketing for TGI Fridays, and the former CMO for multi-concept bar and restaurant chain, Fox & Hound Restaurant Group. Though it’s been a few years since he was serving up his famous Long Island Iced teas, he’s quite proud to hold the titles of Master Bartender and World Champion Bartender.

Heather is a 25-year retail marketing promotions and activations expert who cut her marketing teeth at Blockbuster Entertainment. She’s a seasoned pro in turning consumer research, insights, and objectives into marketing activation plans that drive traffic and build brand affinity.
